Emily Mortimer
Emily Mortimer (nata il 1º dicembre 1971) è un'attrice, sceneggiatrice e regista britannica, conosciuta per la sua versatilità e per le interpretazioni raffinate in produzioni britanniche e internazionali. Figlia dello scrittore e avvocato John Mortimer, ha iniziato la sua carriera recitando in produzioni teatrali e televisive prima di affermarsi sul grande schermo. Ha ottenuto il riconoscimento internazionale con film come Notting Hill (1999), Scream 3 (2000), Lovely & Amazing (2002), Match Point (2005), Lars e una ragazza tutta sua (2007), Shutter Island (2010) e Hugo Cabret (2011). Nel corso della sua carriera ha alternato cinema d'autore, commedie, thriller e grandi produzioni, collaborando con registi come Woody Allen, Martin Scorsese e Christopher Nolan.
